Your 100% tax-deductible donation to The Loan Fund enables small businesses, entrepreneurs and nonprofits in underserved and disadvantaged communities across New Mexico to receive the credit and counseling needed to build true self-sufficiency for themselves and their families. Your donation also helps these businesses create new employment opportunities in their communities that otherwise would not exist.

How your donation helps New Mexico small businesses and entrepreneurs in traditionally underserved markets

Given the challenges that many of our clients face, it is critical for The Loan Fund to keep its interest rates as low as possible. Affordable interest rates increase the likelihood our clients succeed, and it keeps their overhead expenses low so these businesses can create jobs in communities across New Mexico. 

Donations and contributions also support The Loan Fund’s ability to offer consulting services at no cost to address a wide range of our clients’ business needs and challenges. In many cases, their businesses would either not have been to able receive a loan without these services or would have been unable to properly address challenges they faced after they received their loans.
